Your site.
Your plan.

Consider the service, equipment and project costs together.

The plan is part of a complete site.

Start with the site.

Location, usage and operating conditions shape the monthly plan. Include hardware, installation, integration and ongoing care.

Request a site-specific quote with the recurring charges and project costs clearly separated.

Three starting points.

Scoping examples for a conversation.
Not fixed packages or published price tiers.

A business site

Primary internet

A fixed location that needs a suitable everyday connection.

Location eligibility, priority data needs, terminal, mounting, local network and support scope.

Scope this approach
A second path

Business continuity

A site where another route can reduce dependence on a single connection.

Existing service, router compatibility, changeover settings, power, data use and application testing.

Scope this approach
A wider rollout

Multiple locations

A repeatable approach for a distributed business.

Site survey needs, equipment standards, account access, rollout order and operating responsibilities.

Scope this approach

See the whole cost.

A complete quote should answer these questions
before you commit.

Service & data
Which plan is eligible at each location? What data allowance, priority behavior, excess use and plan-change terms apply?
Hardware & ownership
Which terminal, router and accessories are included? Who owns them, and what warranty or replacement process applies?
Installation & readiness
Who provides the mount, cable route, power, clear sky view, site access and any building permissions? What work is included?
Network integration
Which router, security settings and licenses are needed? Are cellular service, bonding endpoints or Wi-Fi quoted separately?
Support & visibility
What hours, channels, escalation steps and portal access are included? Who handles the terminal, service and local network?
Terms & total cost
Which costs recur, which are one-time, and what taxes, shipping, term, cancellation and renewal conditions apply?

What the service includes.

Any Starlink network SLA is governed by the current vendor terms and eligible service and hardware. Network availability is different from end-to-end application continuity.

Netcom support scope, response commitments and any installation schedule belong in your written quote. A combined satellite and cellular design does not by itself create an uptime guarantee.

Check current Starlink service terms

Worth knowing.

Why are there no flat prices here?

The correct service, equipment and delivery scope depend on the site and current plan eligibility. Your written quote should separate service, hardware, project work and optional support so that the full cost is clear.

Can I use equipment or connectivity we already have?

Bring the existing terminal, router and service details into the assessment. Compatibility, account arrangements and any additional licenses are checked before finalizing the design.

Can I compare primary and hybrid options?

Yes. Ask for both approaches to be scoped around the same applications, sites and support needs. This makes the differences in equipment, recurring service and responsibility easier to assess.
