Privacy policy.

This policy explains what information Netcom LLC (Networks & Communications, "Netcom", "we") collects through netcomedge.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this public website only. The sign-in portals linked from it and other companies' websites have their own terms.

What we collect

When you contact us. Our project and sales forms ask for your name, email address, company and project details, and you can add a phone number. We also record which page you sent the form from, the topics you picked and whether you are a business customer or a partner.

When you ask for support. The support form asks for your name, company, email address, phone number, the product and device involved (such as its brand or IMEI), the type of request and a description. You can attach files. If a Netcom team member fills in the form for you, it also records their name and email address.

When you email or call us. We receive whatever you choose to send.

When you visit. Like most websites, our hosting provider receives technical details with each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These are used to deliver the site and keep it secure.

This website does not take payments or ask for payment details.

How we use it

• To answer your request, prepare quotes and provide support.
• To follow up with you about your request.
• To keep records of our conversations with customers and partners.
• To protect our forms from spam and abuse.
• With your permission, to understand which pages and services interest visitors and improve this website.
• To meet our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We share information only with:

• Service providers that run our website and tools for us: website hosting (Vercel), our customer records and help desk (Zoho), email delivery (Resend), spam protection (Cloudflare) and, if you accept analytics, website measurement (Google Analytics).
• Carriers, manufacturers and other partners, when that is needed to quote or deliver something you asked for.
• Authorities or others when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, customers or systems.
• A buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganized.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

Cookies, tracking and outside content

Google Analytics is optional. It loads only after you choose Accept analytics. It measures page visits, traffic sources, scrolling, contact and download clicks, and confirmed sales inquiries. It does not receive the names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names or messages you enter in our forms. We remove query strings and fragments from the page addresses sent to Analytics. We use no advertising trackers.

Analytics uses first-party cookies to recognize visits. We save your analytics choice on this device for up to six months. You can decline analytics and use the entire site, or change your choice at any time using Cookie settings. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, we keep analytics off. Withdrawing permission stops collection on this site and removes its Analytics cookies; it does not erase data already received by Google.

The site also keeps a few things in your browser:

• Your Reduce motion choice and any products you add to a project plan, in session storage, which clears when you close the tab.
• A draft of the support form while you fill it in, so you can pick up where you left off. It stays on that device only. It is removed when you send the request or discard the draft, and an unsent draft older than seven days is removed the next time you open the support page.

Some features load content from other companies:

• When you start filling in a project or sales form, a spam check from Cloudflare (Turnstile) loads and checks your browser. When you send the form, your IP address goes to Cloudflare to confirm the check.
• One 3D product viewer loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser details.

Those companies handle that data under their own privacy policies. We disable Google signals and advertising personalization for this Analytics setup. We do not use it for targeted advertising or track you across other websites.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions, support tickets and emails for as long as we need them for the purposes above, including our business records.

Security

We protect information with reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections to this site. No way of sending or storing data is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email or call us using the details below. We may need to confirm who you are first, and we may keep some records where the law requires it.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page with its effective date.
