From site survey
to steady state.

Four stages. One team stays on it from survey to support.

Assess

We measure the site before anyone commits to hardware.

  • Cellular signal surveys
  • Site and environment
  • Requirements in writing

Design

One architecture for the network, the equipment, and the failover path.

Before you ask.

Who does Netcom work with?

Enterprises, franchises, healthcare, construction, fleets, hospitality, and public safety across the 48 continental states. One site or hundreds.

Is hardware staged before it ships?

Yes. Every device leaves Huntington Beach or Fort Worth SIM-provisioned, configured to your profile, and tested on a live signal.

Which carriers do you work with?

Netcom is a Verizon Preferred Partner. Verizon is the primary path for wireless, fiber, and One Talk voice; other carriers when a deployment calls for it.

Can you handle failover between fiber and cellular?

Yes. Primary WAN, wireless backup, and bonding policies configured so traffic rolls over before users notice.

Do you offer on-site installation?

Yes. Nationwide field services through a vetted technician network, from a rooftop antenna to a full site stand-up.

What is your typical turnaround?

In-stock hardware ships same day or next day. Staged, custom-configured orders usually ship within 2 to 5 business days.

How does billing work?

Netcom invoices hardware. Carrier service is billed by the carrier of record; we handle activations and support.

Do you offer SLAs and managed support?

Yes. Proactive monitoring, defined response windows, and on-site field services, with tiers matched to the deployment.
